The hotel had friendly accommodating staff that offered to drive us to nearby shops for snacks and necessities. The view was gorgeous as it was situated by the river, and the location was tranquil. The hotel seemed new and offered great facilities. Not many guests were staying, so it was like we had the whole hotel, garden, and facilities to ourselves.
Some small details required attention like an uncleaned refrigerator from the previous guests and an almost-empty toilet roll. Choosing the rooftop room for families with kids was a challenge as the design wasn't child-friendly.

The shower design in the bathroom could use some improvement.

Loved the stunning surroundings and the friendly staff. the complementary boat ride down the river was great fun, giving us a chance to appreciate the river in a different way. the children's play area and the snack provided in the hotel were much appreciated by my little ones.
The breakfast options could have been better. the limited choices and the lack of a buffet made it feel a bit lacklustre.

The glamping experience was unique and added an adventurous touch to our trip. We also loved the location, which allowed us to explore the beautiful Gapyeong area at our own pace.
Drawback: We wished the bathroom design for the shower was better, as it caused water to splash onto the floor. this was a minor inconvenience.
